Terms & Conditions

Orders are accepted by us on the understanding that the following terms and conditions have been understood and accepted by you.

Description & Quality
Every effort is made to strictly conform to the items description and quality, but we reserve the right to substitute any goods which may not be available, for any reason, in which case the item will be of either equal value or higher. However before we do so, we will be sure to contact you in regards to this matter.

Payment
We accept payment online. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. Farmhouse Products (Grocers Brokers Ltd) is compliant with the Date Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. Goods will only be dispatch once payment has been received in full.

Delivery Policy
It is the Customers responsibility to ensure that all the delivery address information, including the postcode and the recipient’s telephone number is correct. Farmhouse Products (Grocers Brokers Ltd) cannot accept any responsibility for late or non-delivery if the delivery address or any other details are insufficient or incorrect.

We aim to deliver your goods within 3 – 5 days of receiving your order, however we reserve the right to cancel any orders if we are unable to ship to the supplied delivery address, in which cases we will return all funds back into your account.

Orders placed over the weekend, during bank holidays, or Christmas periods will be dispatched on the following working day. Deliveries will be made by courier or by Royal Mail’s parcel delivery service; orders are generally delivered Monday to Friday. However we cannot be held responsible for any delays with delivery once the order is in the hands of the courier.

Claims / Refunds
Unsatisfactory goods will always be replaced or credited, however claims for breakages or other damage must be reported to Farmhouse Products (Grocers Brokers Ltd) within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection and it may be required that they may be returned to us at our expense before replacement or refund, this being at our option. Our liability is limited to the selling price of the goods in all cases.

Cancellations
Customers have the right to cancel an order within seven working days from the day after the goods have been delivered. Customers will be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, provided that the goods are returned in the same saleable condition, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of postage to return the goods to us.

Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with any product purchased from us via our online shop, we will aim to replace it. In this unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied then please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the issue.
