Returning Farmhouse Products

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for exchange or refund, providing it is returned within 14 days from receipt and is as new & unused condition, with the packaging & labels intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We pride ourselves on our quality control and, despite the hand-made nature of many of our products, we have experienced very few returns.

Except in the case of faulty, damaged, missing or wrongly supplied goods, the customer bears the cost of returning items for exchange or refund. We recommend that you use a “signed for” method of carriage or post when returning goods. We will endeavour to refund as soon as possible, and in all cases no later than 28 days of the refund or exchange being agreed.
