Making a purchase at Farmhouse Products
Making a purchase could not be easier.
You can browse individual departments either by clicking
on "Shop" on the menu at the top of the page or by
clicking on the department tab of your choice on the menu
on the left.
Click on the 'Buy Now' button for any
items that you wish to buy. This will place the items into
your shopping basket and you will get a screen that says
CONFIRM; CHECKOUT; CANCEL. If you wish to buy more than
one item, click on CONFIRM and it will take you back to
the department you just left so that you can continue your
shopping trip. You can view, amend and remove the contents
of your cart at any time by clicking on 'VIEW BASKET'. You
can also see the value of the items and the number of
items you have in your shopping basket as you shop.
Once you have bought all the items you
require, click on "CHECKOUT". You will see a screen that
lists all of the items that you have purchased with a
total figure at the bottom. Then click on the NEXT button
to enter your details and credit card information. We
accept Switch, Delta, Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Visa
Electron. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept American
Express.
Once your transaction has been
completed you will receive an on-screen printable receipt
and an email confirming your order. Please make a note of
your order number as this will be needed should you wish
to contact us later regarding any aspect of your order.
