Processing your order

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Providing your goods are in stock, you can expect your order within 3 to 5 working days in the UK. For our overseas customers, we guarantee delivery worldwide within 10 working days.

In the unlikely event of any of the products in your order being out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute the product/products for something similar of at least the same value. Should we have nothing similar, we shall contact you to suggest alternatives.

Packing & Postage

There is a delivery charge of £5 for all deliveries in the UK, regardless of the amount you order (so you can really fill your boots!).

For our International Customers (including those in the Channel Islands), we will advise you of the shipping costs by e-mail prior to processing your order. Shipping charges will be based on the weight of the consignment. If the shipping charge is unacceptable to you, the order will not be processed. 

Customers should note that while we and our courier partners will always attempt to deliver according to service schedules, unforeseen circumstances can always intervene and we cannot be held liable for any subsequent service breakdown.

Delivery Procedure

For UK deliveries, we ask you to ensure that someone will be at the delivery address you provide to sign for the parcel between the hours of 8.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you may wish to give a workplace address to ensure someone is available to sign. If we have to issue a redirection notice to deliver to a different delivery address (i.e. other than the one you specified when you ordered) this will incur a charge. 

We cannot leave a parcel at an address unless it can be signed for. If there is nobody at the address when your goods arrive, the courier will leave his calling card asking you to call his local depot to arrange an alternative delivery time and date. If the courier is forced to send the goods back to us but you still require them, we will have to charge for re-delivery.
